I’m Elyse, a Licensed Professional Counselor, certified EMDR therapist, and a dedicated Reiki practitioner. I have a passion for helping individuals navigate their personal journeys toward healing and well-being.

Every soul has a purpose. And sometimes, our soul loses sight of what that purpose is. As human beings, we are sure to encounter some sort of struggle within our lifetime. And as a person first, I understand how difficult it can be to ask for help. The benefits of asking for help far outweigh the risk of figuring it out, all on your own. Together, we will foster a safe, nonjudgmental, and healthy working relationship. Within this space, you will gain the courage to take action and work toward curating a life that is worth living.

My first goal is to meet you where you’re at. From there, I plan to walk beside you as you determine where it is you'd like to go. I would be pleased to speak with you about what it is that brings you to therapy and further discuss how it is I can help.

  • I specialize in treating young adult and adult individuals who struggle with significant emotional distress and other symptoms related to trauma, generalized anxiety, depression, and relationship concerns.

  • I am certified in EMDR, fully trained in DBT, and utilize CBT and mindfulness techniques, most often.

  • I operate from a person-centered, strengths-based perspective.

  • My own spiritual journey has influenced the way I show up for my clients. To those of you who may have an interest in how to get started on your own journey, I would be more than happy to support you.

Psychotherapy Services:

Psychotherapy sessions will be billed through your insurance, and I accept most major insurances.

(Aetna, Anthem/BCBS, Cigna, Connecticare, Medicaid, United Health Care)

If you do not have insurance or I do not accept your current coverage, we can discuss self pay options as an alternative.

Reiki Sessions:

30 mins- 45$

45 mins- 75$

60 mins- 100$
